Job Description :-

Lead all activities pertaining to Accounts& Finance in the company. Regularly review and validate accounting records.
End-to-End knowledge of the Accounts Payable Process i.e., Vendor Maintenance, Invoice processing, Payment verification, overdue invoices, and overdue approvals with proper statutory deductions. Ensuring the accuracy of payment transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate Invoicing to Customers and collection accounting with proper statutory compliance & timely follow ups /reminders.

Responsibilities :-

Managing accounting functions like month-end & yearend closing, and expense reporting. Preparation of monthly MIS. Responsible for Financial Closing and preparation of accurate Financial Statements and discharge of tax obligations quarterly, annually.
Co-ordination with Statutory auditors.
Responsible for accurate & timely Discharge of Personal Income Tax Obligations of Director and Family, other entities.
