Job Description :-

Managing Foreign subsidiaries incorporation - Coordination for foreign subsidiaries incorporations, capital infusion & compilation of documents as per FEMA and RBI norms , AD bank related tasks per RBI norms Delivering as SPOC with cross function teams Secretarial , OFC , HR for various business requirement .
 

Responsibilities :-

Internal Agreement and Professional Service Invoicing of Overseas Subsidiaries- Ensuring to prepare and finalize (in consultation of HFCL ) our internal agreements within the scope of work and raising monthly invoices for overseas subsidiaries on line with agreement and ensuring smooth payment of the same via cordination with our Banking team and with consultant 15CA/CB forms as per statutory guidelines.
