Job Description :-

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development team for our staffing business in India. This requires experience in business development and sales within the staffing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, acquiring new clients, and bringing in new logos.

Responsibilities :-

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify business development opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.

Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive their success.
