Job Description :-

1. Receive requests for upload, update and maintenance of client asset data into Smart Services applications e.g. Moving Assets Smart Services, Fixed Assets Smart Services

2. Sourcing of input data from designated data sources (resource is responsible for accessing input data him/herself) e.g. ECT, SOV files, MDM (future)

Responsibilities :-

Troubleshooting and problem resolution, Documentation of errors and resolutions, engagement of development team as appropriate.
