Job Description :-

• Daily calling on Dialer and Manual & predictive calling which will be around 150dialed minimum
& 80 connected minimum in a day.
• Make calls to clients both Fresh and Follow ups to convince them for hearing check-up & hearing aid trial with accurate, valid and complete information. • Daily and timely reporting.
• Maintaining client information in excel and CRM.

Responsibilities :-

• Maintaining client information in excel and CRM.
• Daily coordination with our clinical and field team to ensure the work is completed on time.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing result by achieving Daily/Monthly target. Targets
keeps on varying month on month.
