Lead Conversions - 1st Attempt.

. Administration: Team Discipline & Motivation : Reporting ,Team Grooming ,Uniform, ID card

. Performance Management: Daily briefing , performance review and team engagement

. Self and team Integrity & behavior on field Cash/CoD deposit (Remit and deposit 100% of CoD collection the same day)

Responsibilities :-

.Responsible for meeting Client Operations SLAs and compliance metrics.

. Achieving customer satisfaction scores.
